Customer satisfaction is our guarantee. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with an item, simply return the unused product for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping will be fully reimbursed if the issue is due to an error from us.
Refunds are processed immediately once item is received and inspected.
We will replace a disposable Vape pen if the item does not work out of the box. To qualify you must report the faulty item within 48 hours of receiving the package and include all original packaging and components.
Although we keep all our edibles refrigerated, during warmer seasons there is a chance some edibles may melt during shipping order at your own risk.
